SOCIAL AND HYGIENIC EVALUATION OF THE APPEALABILITY OF THE POPULATION ABOVE THE EMPLOYABLE AGE BEHIND MEDICAL CARE
Abstract
The tendency of population aging in the Russian Federation predetermines the changes in the nature of incidence of the persons above the employable age. Objective – prioritization of separate classes of diseases that determine the appealability of the elderly population behind a medical care. Material and methods. Indices of the common, primary and dispensary incidence of the population above the employable age were analyzed in the Krasnoyarsk Territory (men above 60 years and women above 55 years) for the period 2016-2017. Results. The leading classes of diseases (by a specific gravity of a significance) defining appealability behind a medical care are diseases of the circulatory system, of musculoskeletal system and of the endocrine system, diseases of eyes and the digestive system making 81.7 % of a significance. Conclusion. Carrying out comprehensive assessment of the indices of incidence of the persons above the employable age allowed establishing the quantitative significance of the leading classes of the diseases defining the priorities of improvement of activities of health services: cardiological, endocrinologic, ophthalmologic, nephrological, urological, pulmonary and, in general, the therapeutic and surgical aid when implementing medical and diagnostic and medico-preventive technologies, in particular to the persons who are on the dispensary registry.
