CRITERIA AND INDICATORS OF PROFESSIONALISM OF THE TEACHER IN THE SYSTEM OF ADDITIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract

The article discusses the criterial characteristics of professional teachers of additional education. Main forms and conditions of the development of teacher professionalism in the further education system; defined indicators and the levels of professionalism of the teacher. Additional education is characterized by a variety of educational technologies, regularity, efficiency and flexibility of scientific and methodological activities of the institution. Discusses the improvement of professional qualities of a teacher through the basic application of modern computer and information technologies in the educational process.
