The economy in Indonesia cannot be separated from the capital market. Many companies offer company ownership in the form of shares to the public. both the seller and the buyer clearly expect a profit to be obtained from the activities carried out in the capital market. This study examines whether the operating cash flow of the company moderates the company's financial condition and stock price. The regression analysis model used is a random effect model. The object of research used is industrial sector companies with subsectors of building products and equipment, electrical components and equipment, construction machinery and heavy equipment, industrial machinery and components, office equipment and business support services in 2018-2021. From this study it was found that firm size and leverage affect stock prices. In addition, the researchers also found that OCF did not strengthen the relationship between financial conditions and stock prices. This research is expected to assist the government in formulating policies to stimulate a sluggish economy. Given that the research carried out implicitly represents the development of conditions in several industrial sub-sectors, this study is also expected to assist investors in preparing their analysis to determine what steps they should take next with their shares.
