The purpose of this contribution is to shed theoretical light on stakeholder theory, which has gradually emerged as a promising concept in strategic management research.Indeed, the concept of "stakeholders" is an object of study of the role of the company in society. Its appearance in academic writings began in the 1960s with Ansoff (1968, p. 35 )then in the publication of Freeman's 1984 book "Strategic Management : A Stakeholder Approach", which is a new contribution to the popularization of SHT. The Stakeholders Theory (SHT) is perceived as a dominant theoretical reference for corporate social responsibility and even its massive use as a prism for analysing human resources management.
