Increasing to Accuracy Estimation of Latent Parameters in Human Resource Management Systems

Abstract

An approach to build an adaptive testing system, in which initial estimates of test items are obtained through calibration testing, is considered. The maximum likehood method is used to obtain these estimates. Optimization of the objective function is carried out using the method of Hooke—Jeeves. The influence of various factors on the accuracy of the estimates obtained is investigated.
