CURRENT CLASSIFICATION OF THE NEEDS OF RUSSIAN PENSION-ERS

Abstract

In the article, the author analyses needs of pensioners using 7 levels of Maslow’s hierarchy: from physiological needs to self-realization need. He considers change of needs during COVID-19 pandemic. It is investigated how the pensioners’ needs are actually met at each level and suggestions aimed at their more effective realization are given.
