SYNTHESIS AND STUDY OF THE INFRARED LUMINESCENCE OF SOLID SOLUTIONS (Y<sub>1-x</sub>Yb<sub>0,1</sub>Tm<sub>x</sub>)<sub>3</sub>Al<sub>5</sub>O<sub>12</sub> WITH LASER EXCITATION
Abstract
The research the luminescence properties of the solid solutions (Y1-xYb0,1Tmx)3Al5O12, set the intensity of the Stokes IR luminescence in the range of 0,96–1,1 mm and 1,62–2,04 μm, the concentration of Tm3+ ions in the laser excitation wavelength of 0,94 microns. The analysis of the obtained relationships and determined the optimal composition of the phosphor (Y1-xYb0,1Tmx)3Al5O12.
