Analysis of the Researches about Korean Studies in Latin America

The object of the Korean Studies belongs to the phenomenology of both Nations in the Korean Peninsula (North and South Korea). Those studies are present in Latin America and they are increasing their relevance in the growing economic relationship among this cultural block and mainly South Korea, between other factors of great academic interest: the separation of the Korean Peninsula, the vertiginous economic growing of South Korea, its history and its millenary culture among others. This research has as objective the mixed analysis of the set of scientific researches concern to Korean Studies in Latin America. In a certain way, this article expects to highlight the qualities of the authors and their researches and at the same time, to do a diagnosis about the current situation of the Korean Studies in Latin America.
