Research progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques for cough symptoms of lung cancer patients (中医护理技术改善肺癌患者咳嗽症状的研究进展)

Abstract

Cough is one of the most common symptoms in patients with lung cancer. Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques had been wildly used in relieving cough symptoms of lung cancer patients. This paper summarized the etiology and pathogenesis, operating procedure and effective evaluation of Tradition Chinese Medicine nursing technology in the treatment of cough symptoms of lung cancer patients. The four most commonly used Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques were summarized as acupoint application, moxibustion, acupoint injection and Chinese herbal medicine ointment rubbing, and the existing problems in clinical research were analyzed, aiming at improving the standard clinical application and research of TCM nursing techniques for lung cancer patients with cough symptoms. (咳嗽是肺癌患者最常见的症状之一。中医护理技术被广泛用于改善肺癌患者咳嗽症状。本研究分别从中医病因病机、操作方法、效果等方面总结中医护理技术改善肺癌患者咳嗽症状的研究现状, 总结穴位敷贴技术、灸法、穴位注射、膏摩4项中医护理技术应用现状, 并围绕其临床研究现存的问题进行分析, 以期为中医护理技术在肺癌咳嗽症状中的规范应用及相关护理科研工作提供参考。)
