La importancia del ciclo de caja y cálculo del capital de trabajo en la gerencia PYME

Abstract

El artículo aborda las finanzas en la pyme moderna, la cual necesita de un gerente dinámico y hábil en la gestión administrativa, la información contable y las finanzas, con conocimiento de los días necesarios para cubrir el ciclo de caja y el capital que se requiere para operar a corto plazo, calculo necesario para determinar si va a alcanzar el dinero o si va a necesitar financiación y su valor exacto.
