Abstract

Article provides the definition of original (intellectual) fund in construction. The normal judicial procedures, economic evaluation, equations and recommendations for the estimation are considered. Also formulated suggestions about form of stimulation. As an example in the article regarded content and development scheme of pre-investment step of construction project preparation, expansion phase of construction concept till investment step.Дано определение творческого (интеллектуального) капитала в строительстве. Рассмотрены юридическая норма, экономическая оценка, формулы и рекомендации для его оценки. Сформулированы предложения о формах поощрения.
