Tactical bluff: Cunning in the hearing of the defendant

Abstract

The paper deals with the so-called 'Tactical bluff' one of the wiles of Criminal Justice for a hearing regarding the suspect / defendant. The main problems that the work involved, the conceptual definition of 'tactical bluff' and delineation of permissible ruses, including 'tactical bluff' of deception prohibited.
