ANALYSIS OF THE POSSIBILITY OF INTRODUCING DISTANCE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES IN THE SYSTEM OF ADVANCED TRAINING OF OFFICERS OF THE ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The article studies the experience ofimplementing distance learning forms in the training of officer personnel, both in leading NATO member countries and domestic experience. The intrjduction of distance learning info the systen of advanced training of officers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The authors highlight the advantages of distance learning, such as the possibility of a remote pass, independence, personalization, application of modern information technology for the organization of officersinteraction, improved access to the additional information, mobility, and a vast number of indicators to assess the results.
