Intramolecular O—H...N hydrogen bonds influence the molecular conformation of the main molecule, and the two benzene rings form a dihedral angle of 10.55 (18)°. In the crystal, intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds link hydrogen-bonded trimers into ribbons extending along the b axis.
