Abstract

This research aims to verify the "Treatise on the Dislike of Eating Horse Meat by the Scholar Shihab al-Din Abu al-Abbas Ahmad ibn Ibrahim ibn Abdul Ghani al-Sarouji al-Hanafi (d. 710 AH) / Study and Verification of 710 AH." The research methodology employs two approaches: the inductive method and the analytical method. Results: The study highlights the status of Imam al-Sarouji in Hanafi jurisprudence, as he is among the prominent Hanafi scholars. It underscores the importance of this beneficial treatise in its field, both in terms of its content and its author, thanks be to God. Recommendations: The researcher recommends scholars to study manuscripts and pay attention to the science of verification.
