Prostate cancer dural metastasis resembling a meningioma
Abstract
Abstract CT images of a 56‐year‐old man with headache showed a meningioma‐like mass in the occipital region. The tumor was well‐defined and non‐uniform with bone thickening and no internal calcification. Eventually, he was diagnosed on the basis of histopathology and immunostaining findings as having a dural metastasis from a prostate cancer.
