La formación de conceptos en el Derecho público: un comentario

Abstract

The doctrine of administrative law is under debate in recent decades as a result of its constitutionalisation, globalisation and the crisis of the «social state». As a consequence, new concepts are often proposed as emerging paradigms. In this context, this article analyzes the formation of these concepts following the logical course of legal research: from knowledge sources to concept-building methods and the ways in which they become part of the «normal science».
