Abstract

One of the main tasks of urban planning is the use of natural resources as a tool for creating vital conditions (improving the quality of water and air, protecting against noise and wind, and so on), so not only maintaining the green frame, but also its creation, restoration and enhancement is one one of the city’s development priorities.
