Cosmos To Chaos: A Way of Thinking Legal Teaching Warat’s Contribuitions

Abstract

This text aims to understand the Warat’s contributions to a non plastered vision of legal teaching. It is analyzing the dogmatic legal from a deconstruction that takes the intertwining of Law and Art, passing the love. There is still a need to have a cosmoview to transform the dogmatic legal in a plural legal teaching, for it is necessary to leave the order (cosmos) and find the disorder (chaos) and the teacher has a fundamental role in this transformation, because him seduces and frees. This liberating teaching is conducted by a different conception of rationality and emotion.
