Nursing of 1 patient with stuffiness of stomach treated with Bian-stone ironing and rubbing combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine penetration and Baduanjin exercise based on the theory of supporting-yang (基于“扶阳”理论应用砭石熨摩中药透入法联合八段锦治疗1例胃痞病患者的护理体会)

Abstract

This article summarizes nursing practice of 1 patient with stuffiness of stomach treated with Bian-stone ironing and rubbing combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine penetration and Baduanjin exercise based on the theory of supporting-yang. On the basis of routine nursing, through the assessment of symptoms, psychological status and sleep quality of the patient, under the guidance of the "Fuyang" theory, the Bian-stone ironing and rubbing combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine penetration and Baduanjin exercise were carried out to relieve the stuffiness of stomach symptoms and improve the health status of the patient. (本文总结基于“扶阳”理论应用砭石熨摩中药透入法联合八段锦治疗1例胃痞病患者的护理经验。在常规护理基础上, 通过对该患者进行症状、心理、睡眠等评估, 在“扶阳”理论指导下, 实施砭石熨摩中药透入法联合八段锦中医护理技术, 旨在缓解患者上腹胀满症状, 改善健康状况。)
