In article consider the migrations of the population in 1950-1960 years. Shown changes dynamics quantity migrations of population in towns in this years. The conclusions on the nature of influence of political factoris into changes quantity of population, natural and mechanical increase. This article shows the formation of basic branches of migrational politics and its realization, influence to social and economic development and also the condition of the population in regions just before the Great Patriotic War. It is revealed the peculiarities of migrational processes indastry towns during the Great Patriotic War, consequences of military depopulation for the demographical and socio-economical development. It is found out the interconnection and mutual dependence of foreign migration and socio-economic development of the region. The methods of realization of the state migrational policy inUkraineare determined here too. According to the analysis of the contemporary records we can follow the dynamics of comming of the population and leaving it, the reasons of fluctuation in the supply of trained personal and the part of external migrations in the formation of labour resources and population tons. The autor of the thesis exlores the evolution of the state migration policy and its consequences for the social and economic developmentUkraine.
