O direito à reflexão sobre a literatura
Abstract
Human rights are the basis for building social relations. The right to literature, defended by Antonio Candido, must be treated as one of these rights. In this article we discuss this need and expand the initial reflection to defend the right to literature from two other aspects: the right to literary creation and the right to reflect on literature. We constructed our discussion bearing in mind the need for a new epistemological grammar, but we employed a rhetorical-discursive format for constructing academic argumentation that brings the researcher closer to the reader with the aim of expanding the perception of the world in the academic text as well.
