Bipartidism and pluridemocracy in spain: the construction of the Spanish socio-political context according to de CIS (2011-2016)

The purpose of this paper is to outline an x-ray of the socio-political context in Spain during the last years of bipartisanship and the entry of the new multi-party system scenario to discover if the attitudes of the Spaniards have been modified by the incursion of new political parties since 2014. The method used consisted of collect and analyze the data from surveys and studies of the Center for Sociological Research (CIS) available in its database. Thus, it is carried out this descriptive analysis and to assist future researches. The main findings are related to voter and politics, participation in various organizations or social and political actions, contact of political parties with voters, monitoring of political information and interest in the campaign, or voting in election day. The results show that, despite living important changes, Spanish society has not drastically modified its attitudes towards politics.
