In this study, the effect on basic variables that interfere with family intervention to work life have been investigated. These variables, life satisfaction, burnout, job satisfaction and turnover intention is redundancy. individualism and uncertainty avoidance moderator effects were examined in this relationship. The data of the research were obtained from private sector employees in the provinces of Istanbul and Trabzon through the application of a questionnaire. SPSS 21 and AMOS 20 software packages were used for data analysis. and confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis performed in order to assess the validity of the scale of work is located between variables correlation analysis to test the hypothesis and to obtain videos have been applied to the regression analysis. The results obtained, Work-Family Boundary Theory and in line with expectations, the relationship between family life and work life satisfaction of the intervention shows that the role of moderator variables individualism and uncertainty avoidance. Between life satisfaction with the work interfere with family life as a negative for the study, which also determined the effect of moderator variables in individualism and uncertainty avoidance. At the same time that a positive relationship between job burnout intervention in the family's life has also been reached with the finding that the effect of individualism as a moderator variable. In addition, work by interfering with the family's business life satisfaction is also the moderator of which is a negative for the variables and uncertainty avoidance is determined that role. Finally, the relationship between family job intention to leave work by interfering with the life was found to be positive.
