As a new connected training of undergraduates and postgraduates model for medical students,the integration of "5 + 3" aims to cultivate advanced medical talents with dual tracks in a short time and brings new challenges to medical education.The supervisor responsibility system runs through the whole stage of medical students is more conducive to complete the smooth transition between the tutor responsibility system and balance clinical and scientific research,so as to improve the teaching quality and achieve the teaching goal.By observing the teaching situation of the college after introducing the tutorial system for undergraduate students,this paper expounds the effects and existing problems,and further designs and considers the reform practice of the supervisor responsibility system in the transitional stage and postgraduate stage.
