This research entitled “Judicial measures to limit the spread of the new Corona virus (covide-19) in the judicial institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia“ an analytical rooting study ”focused on the statement of the legal rationale and analysis of the measures taken by the wise leadership - may God protect it - to limit the spread The new Corona virus (covide-19) in the judicial institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is the postponement of the sessions of all cases pending in all courts during the period of suspension of attendance at work places to limit the spread of the new Corona virus (covide-19), and the launch of the remote litigation service To limit the spread of the new Corona virus (covide-19), And the suspension of the implementation of the judicial rulings in the vision and the visit to limit the spread of the new Corona virus (covide-19), and the suspension of the implementation of the penalty of imprisonment of the debtor in private right cases, with the immediate release of those imprisoned in implementation of those provisions and orders to limit the spread of the new Corona virus (covide-19) And the researcher recommends in his research the necessity of reviewing the judicial systems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and harmonizing them with the emergency conditions, and addressing those emergency conditions and the way the systems deal with them, enacting and developing judicial regulations and systems related to electronic litigation, with an expansion of the training courses for judges. And their assistants in the way to deal with this paradigm shift in litigation, and to benefit from practical experiences in the aspect of judicial precautions.
