Improvement of the systems of environmental threats in Bukovyna Carpathians

A review on strategy of nature management towards a balance between socio-economic and ecological forms of activity in presented. It is based on the analysis of influences of dangerous anthropogenic and nature effects and their consequences on the ecosystems of Bukovyna Carpathians in recent decades. The principles of this ba­lan­ced activity are incorporated in the Framework Convention on the Protection and Sustainable Development of the Carpathians. Application of the principles in practice requires on improvement of executive system of environmental threats. Three interrelated guidelines for achieving sustainable development principles and biodiversity conservation are proposed. These are threats monitoring, regulation of threats influence, and threats elimination. Each of them is imbued with a particular content. The proposed guidelines are partly applied in the nature management practice in the Bukovyna Carpathians.
