CRIMINAL LIABILITY FOR DISCLOSURE OF THE ADOPTION SECRET: PROBLEMS OF THEORY AND PRACTICES
Abstract
The article, based on study and analysis of forensic practice, gives suggestions for improving the provisions of Art. 155 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which provides criminal liability for disclosure of the adoption confidentiality.
