Construction thoughts and practice of cultivation model for Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing trainer (中医护理培训师培养模式的构建与实施)
Abstract
Cultivation Program for Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing trainers in Beijing is divided into two parts: the cultivation of professional trainer, and the cultivation of management trainer. This paper briefly introduced the construction thoughts and practice of cultivation model for Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing trainer. A finial pattern of cultivation was established with planned steps including personnel selection, training, evaluation and practice. Totally 14 advanced management trainers had been trained and two trainer studios for the training of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing were established. The cultivation program for Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing trainers in Beijing achieved outstanding results in the following aspects: enriching educational resources in Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing, innovating training model of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques, and improving the overall level of nursing team in Traditional Chinese Medicine. (北京市百名中医护理培训师培养项目分为中医护理专业培训师培养和中医护理管理培训师培养。本文简要介绍了中医护理培训师培养模式的构建与实施, 通过有计划地进行遴选、培训、考核、实践, 最终形成北京市中医护理培训师的培养模式。通过3年的探索与实践, 培养中医护理高级管理培训师14名, 为中医护理人才培养积累师资力量, 创新人才培养模式; 通过2个中医护理培训师工作室的建立, 挖掘中医护理内涵, 传授中医护理理念、知识和技能, 全面提升中医护理队伍的整体水平。)
