Method of Irrigation and Elimination Therapy with Hypertonic Saline in the Treatment of Rhinosinusitis in Children

Abstract

The paper presents a method of local treatment of acute rhinosinusitis in children, the mechanisms of its action, efficacy and safety. The data on the indications for use and characteristics of the drug are presented. The advantages of hypertonic sea water saline are shown.
