Settings and Design: This was an open-labeled, single-arm, interventional clinical study. Subjects and Methods: Fifteen diagnosed cases of low backache with lumbar disc degeneration were registered from the outpatient and inpatient departments of All India Institute of Ayurveda, New Delhi, India, and Panchatikta Ksheera Basti as yoga basti followed by Kati Basti for 8 days was administered.
