Influencing factors of bladder temperature measured by temperature-sensing urinary catheter in patients with massive burns (大面积烧伤患者应用测温导尿管测温准确率的影响因素分析)

Abstract

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of bladder temperature measured by temperature-sensing urinary catheter in patients with massive burns. Methods The clinical data of 500 times of bladder temperature measurement in 20patients with massive burns were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 23 times of inaccurate measurement. Nursing countermeasures based on the influencing factor analysis were carried out. Conclusion Factors influencing the bladder temperature measured by temperature-sensing urinary catheter included guide wires, bladder filling rate, temperature measurement connecting wires, hanging position of urine drainage bag and filling-volume. Special attention should be paid to avoid factors which may influence the bladder temperature measured by temperature-sensing urinary catheter. (目的 分析大面积烧伤患者应用测温导尿管测温准确率的影响因素, 以提高温度测量的准确性。方法 对20例大面积烧伤患者进行连续动态测量温度共500例次, 并记录监测结果。结果 500例次共23次温度不准确, 分析原因并针对影响因素进行相关护理干预后测得温度基本符合病情。结论 影响测温导尿管温度准确性的因素包括导管测温导丝、膀胱充盈度、测温连接导线、尿袋悬挂高度、球囊注水量等因素, 应避免相关因素干扰, 确保测温导尿管温度显示的准确性。)
