The Eff ectiveness of Ukrainian Sites of Military Libraries and Military-Related Internet-Resources

Abstract

The article analyzes the sites of military libraries and Internet resources of military subjects, their peculiarities, structure and content. The optimal characteristics of the sites are given, a comparative analysis of the information resources of the websites is conducted, their roles and places in the system of traditional information resources are revealed. Library site should become an organic part of the library. With its successful development, military libraries can seriously declare themselves as full participants in tomorrow information communications system.
