ADAPTATION OF DEVELOPED TECHNIQUE OF THE METALWARE CONDITION ESTIMATION FOR THE WELDING-COVERED PARTS CONTROL

Abstract

The technique of metalware condition estimation is worked out by authors. Questions of its adaptation to the quality assurance of restored and strengthened details and tools with the wearresistant coatings deposited are discussed. Magnetic and durometrie methods of nondestructive control used in order to estimate the exploitation reliability of details with welded coatings. Efficiency of this methods is confirmed.
