PUBLIC SERVANTS TRAINING IN EUROPE

Abstract

In this article the author tried to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the system of training of public servants in some European countries, namely Germany, France and the UK, as well as to consider the methods of training, used in educational institutions of different types. The system of the work with the personnel in these countries was also analyzed, which is aimed at improving the quality of training of public servants, and methods of staff selection were provided when applying for public service, and within promotion to the highest positions.
