Research on influence of emotional intelligence on unsafe behaviors of miners based on SEM

Abstract

In order to study the influence mechanism of emotional intelligence on miners’ unsafe behaviors, emotional labor strategy was introduced as an intermediary variable. Based on a questionnaire survey of 300 miners, the optimal structural equation model of the influence of emotional intelligence on miners’ unsafe behaviors was constructed by AMOS24.0 software. The results show that: all dimensions of emotional intelligence of miners have a significant negative impact on the surface acting, and a positive impact on the deep acting, and the ability of self-emotion perception, emotion regulation and emotional use ability have a significant negative impact on unsafe behavior. At the same time, surface acting and deep acting in emotional labor strategy mediate the relationship between emotional intelligence and unsafe behavior of miners.
