Present state of sanitary protection of territories from importation and spread of especially dangerous viral infections is briefly examined. Possible trends for improvement of sanitary protection of territories in Russia are discussed. Differentiated list of urgent especially dangerous viral infections is represented for sanitary protection of territories.
