Abstract

Functions of words of the jakby-type in unofficial and official spoken utterances: based on corpus analysis The goal of the paper is to describe the function of words of the jakby-type in unofficial and official utterances, compared to their lexicographic descriptions. The analysis has been based on transcripts of oral examination interviews, and unofficial conversations. It revealed the differences in the functional load of words of the jakby-type in these two types of conversations.
