Effects of nano-CeO2 addition on the consolidation of the W-5Ni-3Cu alloy were investigated using a two-step sintering process. The results demonstrate that the relative density of W-5Ni-3Cu alloys with added nano-CeO2 is less than that without added nano-CeO2. The shapes of W-rich particles change from irregular hexagons of W-5Ni-3Cu to ovals of W-5Ni-3Cu-0.4%CeO2. The fine-grain and interfacial strengthening effect caused by adding nano-CeO2 improve comprehensive properties of the alloys. The optimal results for the Vickers hardness, flexural strength, compressive strength, compressive toughness, and yield strength are 517 ± 2 HV, 739 ± 21 MPa, 1460 ± 48 MPa, 327.25 J·cm−3, and 691 MPa, respectively.
