Experience in counselling at the church: the case analysis with intrapersonal conflict
Abstract
The paper presents the work that is part of two ongoing research projects. One of them is devoted to theoretical understanding now actively developing the Orthodox practice of psychotherapy, and the second – is con-nected with the problem of personal maturity, subjec-tivity, identity formation and aims to study the process of personally meaningful choice. In analyzing the case, the author solves the problems of both studies and come to certain conclusions about specific Orthodox psychotherapy relationship therapist and client, some of the elements of the inner psycho therapist, as well as psycho-action to the client designed to work with in-trapersonal conflict. Productive use of psycho allows authors to conclude that some of the mechanisms per-sonally meaningful choice.
