Abstract

The article deals with the specifics of the operation and form of communication of regional research and education community. It emphasizes the impact of information technology and the Internet on the intensification and transformation activities of scientific and educational organizations, the emergence of network forms of their interaction. It is alleged that the development of scientiic potential of the country must be involved in the communication space «big» science of representatives of regional research and education community.
