Abstract

The article fits squarely into the issues of sustainable development of cities, likewise is crucial in the context of its finances. The research object of this work is a conception smart city, shown in a theoretical and pragmatic conceptualization. Disquisition of this work consists of evidence which describe the essence and theoretical sphere of smart city and examples of real imple¬mentations of this theory. Through deductions, the conclusions of ensuring sustainable finances thus to applying this theory were reached.
