Conformation of accordance of food products
Abstract
In this article basic concepts are examined in area of estimation of accordance, confirmation of quality and safety of products; stages conducting of works for certifications of procedures on confirmation of conforming of products to the requirements of legislative and normative base; the analysis of the state of production is given and presence of necessary terms for table work of enterprise; the distinctive features of technology of productions of grainy caviar of salmon are specified.
