SOME ASPECTS REGARDING COMMUNICATION IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The paper presents some aspects regarding communication in the project team. There are introduced subjects like team making, competitiveness and competence, the quality process, people temperament, expectations from each team component and finally strategies to be established in the way to manage the team to resolve all the problems resulting on the project finalization.
