MFPP: Matrix-based flexible project planning

Abstract

Although flexible project approaches, such as agile, hybrid, and extreme project planning methods, are very popular in software project planning, they still lack algorithmic and (especially) software support. The proposed matrix-based flexible project planning (MFPP) software tool fills this gap. This software tool is freely available and implements recent work on flexible project planning/scheduling and risk analysis.
