The right to health is a universal, fundamental social right written in various international agreements and texts. On the other hand, the use of health services by immigrants varies according to the countries they migrate to. One of the groups most affected by this problem is children. However, children are creatures that need protection and special care. International agreements recognize migrant children's right to health and fair access to health services, but restrictive immigration policies of countries, difficulties in health systems, and barriers to service providers create differences and difficulties in accessing health care for migrant children. Today, it is stated that European countries are the target of immigrants due to their high level of welfare. Due to its geographical location, Turkey is both a transit country and a destination for immigrants. Therefore, in this review, it is aimed at examining the policies for the health of migrant children in Europe and Turkey.
