CORRELATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF A HUMAN CAPITAL AND LABOR POTENTIAL IN CONDITIONS OF MODERN INNOVATIVE ECONOMICS
Abstract
The article analyses the concept of «human capital» and highlights the most important of its components. It emphasizes and proves the importance of investing in human capital, substantiates the importance of innovation culture as an important aspect of the human capital. It provides the definition of the labor potential of the enterprise. There are listed the recommended principles of labor potential management and explained its quantitative and qualitative characteristics. Also there are designated the methods of development of socio-psychological and technological aspects of human resources.
