Regeneration at burn injury is an actual problem. Multiple organ disorders in thermal cover lesions cause degenerative changes in the adrenal gland. At the ultrastructural level we were set erythrocyte aggregation and stasis, dilatation of hemocapillaries, penetration of derivatives necrotic cells in microvessels, paravasal swelling, degenerative changes of endothelium, degranulation and subsequent activation of the synthesis of catecholamine-containing secretory granules in norepinephrocyte and epinephrocyte, disruption of sympathetic myelinated nerve fibers. Mannitol and quercetin application reduced the degree of swelling in chromaffin tissue; promote protective effects on nerve fibers and endothelium of hemocapillaries in adrenal medulla.
