THE FINANCING OF THE SOCIAL SERVICES IN EUROPEAN CONTEXT

Abstract

In order to take measures and social actions that assures every person or community in need, due to economical,physical, mental or social reasons, the right to benefit of proper and undiscriminating social services – which isa major goal for Romanian National Strategy regarding social services - one can work out projects withexternal financing. While Social Services are in constant need for economical support, one has to accept thatsocial investment is, actually, a really good one for future economical development and not just a burdenregarding costs.
