It discusses Entrepreneurship and Education, referencing the teacher who daily expends efforts to prepare citizens to meet and respond to the demands demanded by the world of work. It was sought to know the positions of teachers regarding the importance of Entrepreneurship as a strategy for teacher training. We used the exploratory research and the questionnaire technique, applied to teachers of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Acre - IFAC, who work in the Rio Branco Campus. The first session on teacher education was discussed, bringing the unfolding of the theme to the fore. The second session dealt with Entrepreneurship and its applicability in the educational context, above all, in the training of teachers. It was concluded that it is extremely important to use Entrepreneurship as a strategy to cope with the changes that occur in the educational scenario, since the educational process can help awaken and develop this entrepreneurial profile in people.
